The Groundbreaking Work of Social Islamic Development In Malawi

Since 2003, Social Islamic Development (SID) has transformed healthcare access in Malawi, focusing on rural and marginalised communities. Through its static and mobile clinics, SID brings essential medical services, preventive care, and chronic disease management to remote areas.

Nutrition and HIV/AIDS prevention are core to SID’s mission. In areas impacted by poverty, SID provides nutritious support and works to stop mother-to-child HIV transmission, giving children a healthier start. Social Islamic Development collaborates with National and International partners with shared Vision, Aims and Objectives.

SID empowers communities beyond healthcare, building a healthier, more equitable Malawi for future generations.
